Lace up your running shoes, we'd love to have you join us for our free weekly group run.
Meet at the CCCC.
Rain or shine, we run outside.
Minimum of 3 miles.
Pace determined by attendance, but please be prepared to run, not walk.
We leave at the scheduled time, come a bit early so you're ready to go!
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
More days and times will be available as interest increases.
We also will have a couch-2-5K program beginning in June 2019, for those wanting to run the Harvest Hustle on July 27, 2019!
