SILVER SNEAKERS-
Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. ZUMBA®-
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. |
YOGA-
A calming class that works on connecting with your body and working on flexibility and mindfulness. Great for all levels of fitness. PILATES-
An energetic pilates class that uses a large pilates ball to work on core strength. A great workout for all levels of fitness. |
ABC'S 102-
An energetic, upbeat class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines abdominal work, balance work, cardio, and strength training, for a superior total body workout. 102 - Intermediate level |
