Below you will find the info about gaining 24hr access to the Carroll County Community Center Fitness Facility.

Beginning January 22, 2024
- Any member or new member is eligible to get 24hr access card immediately at a cost of $30 per card. Any additional card will cost $30.
- Only members who are over the age of 16 are eligible for 24hr cards and come in alone. Children that are 14 & 15 are allowed to have 24hr cards if they are accompanied by an adult who has their own 24hr card.
- The 24hr waiver needs to be initialed and signed by each member who will be receiving a card and then signed by the person at the front desk or the Executive Director. 24hr waivers for children ages 14-17 have to have the waiver signed in person by themself and a parent. Waivers will not be permitted to be taken home to be signed for members ages 14-17. No card will be issued without this waiver completed.
- If the Executive Director is available, she will come issue your card immediately.
- If the ED is not available, you will still need to fill out the waiver. The card will then be activated and waiting for you within four business days.
- You can NOT use anyone else’s card to gain access, even if they come in with someone else:
-You each need to swipe your own card to gain door access.
-You will need to write your name on the front sign-in clip board.
-You can proceed down the hallway to the fitness room or the appropriate locker room. No where else is accessible and attempting to enter any other space will be cause for immediate membership cancellation with no refund.
-In case of emergency there is a wall phone available in the fitness room or front desk area, you will need to call 911 immediately.
- 1st Infraction: Members that break any of the rules will have their 24hr card paused for 30 days from the date of the infraction.
- 2nd Infraction: Members that break any of the rules for a second time will have their 24hr card paused for 60 days from the date of the infraction.
- 3rd Infraction: Members that break any of the rules for a third time will have their 24hr privileges revoked completely.
